Delete your account

Takes a minute. Deletion is permanent.

In the App

• Open Settings (gear icon on the main screen).
• In Account, tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and all synced history are removed from our servers.

By email

If you can’t access the App, write to support@thisscan.com from the email address (or mention the phone number) you registered with. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your login (email or phone) and password hash.
• All scan history synced to your account.
• Access tokens for your devices.

What is not affected

• Local history on your device stays until you clear it or delete the App.
• Premium subscription is managed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
