Quick answers

• A code isn’t recognised. Make sure the whole code is inside the frame, with some light and no glare. Damaged or very small codes may not read. Try scanning from a photo instead.
• The camera doesn’t open. Allow camera access in iOS Settings › ThisScan › Camera.
• Where is my history? In the History tab. History is stored on your device; sign in to sync it across devices.
• I can’t sign in. Check your email/phone and password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.
• How do I cancel Premium? iOS Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions › ThisScan › Cancel. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Delete my account. In the App: Settings › Account › Delete account. Details: Delete account.

Try without a QR code

The App includes built‑in examples (Help tab › “Try without a QR code”) so you can see how results and actions work without scanning anything.
